Creating with
the hood regenerates
Respect the territory, translate knowledge,
and foster economic regeneration.
We were born with the hood to regenerate the economy in the peripheries.
By amplifying what already pulses in each territory, we act through learning journeys,
leadership empowerment, connection networks, and access to seed capital.
community cooperation.

desNegócio is about dreams,
sustainability and
We listen to those who believe in the hustle and build
the future with their own hands.
Driven by the certainty that there is power in the periphery — what’s missing is those who believe, recognize, and walk alongside. We are an economic regeneration ecosystem working with those who already transform the territory every day.
Building on the entrepreneurial culture of the periphery, we activate learning journeys that strengthen local leadership, connection networks, and access to capital.
We do this together with those who live in the territory, respecting local knowledge, cultivating bonds,
and creating paths to sovereignty.
We believe in an economy that cares. One that distributes, connects, and returns value to those who generate it.
We believe in entrepreneurship that subverts competitive logic and thrives on the collaborative construction
of communities.
For us, regeneration means nurturing what is already alive. It is building prosperity with ethics, affection, and
a vision for the future. More than accelerating businesses, we cultivate rooted futures — where development
is sustainable and prosperity emerges from
community cooperation.

Our way of regenerating economies
with those who live in the territory.

Before taking any step, we listen. We map vocations, recognize local leaders, and connect with those who are already strengthening
the territory with their feet on the ground.

Money flows,
The peripheries move over R$120 billion a year. But this wealth doesn’t stay. It slips through the cracks of a system that never included those who hustle
in the hood.

Entrepeneurship
80% of favela residents are already entrepreneurs — out of necessity, not opportunity. Money changes hands but doesn’t stay. There’s a lack of access, training, and infrastructure. What’s abundant is talent.

is to rebalance
To regenerate
Regeneration goes beyond generating income. It’s about strengthening self-esteem, cultivating belonging, and expanding the decision-making power of those who already transform their territory every day.

at the roots
The future starts
When the favela prospers, the whole country breathes easier. To regenerate is to rebalance. Impacting the territory means planting rooted, collective, and transformative solutions.
Our first cohort – São Miguel Paulista (2024)
The first season of DesNegócio in São Miguel Paulista, in partnership with Instituto NUA, trained 30 entrepreneurs through a hands-on journey of workshops, mentorships, and seed capital. The initiative generated R$39,000 in collective capital, boosted hiring, and helped formalize businesses, demonstrating the transformative potential of the methodology in practice.
In a territory with an average income of R$670, the program strengthened the self-esteem, structure, and leadership of those already driving the local economy. São Miguel marked the beginning of a network of impact franchises rooted in the territories and oriented towards the future.
